Is installation included?
We provide professional installation in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, and Antalya. In other cities, video guides and phone support make installation easy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1 business day. Delivery across Turkey takes 2-5 business days.
What is the return policy?
You have a 14-day unconditional return right. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
What is the warranty period?
Devices have a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Filters are not covered (consumables).

How long do filters last?
Sediment + carbon filters last about 6 months, membrane 24 months, mineral filter 12 months. Periods may shorten with high water hardness.
