Questions you may have

Is the subscription free?

Yes. Subscription is free; you only pay for the product. You earn double Piksel Points on every order.

Will there be auto-charge?

For filter/membrane subscriptions, yes — your saved card is charged on the delivery date. We send SMS + email 3 days in advance with an easy cancel link.

How can I postpone the date?

In My Account > Subscriptions, postpone the next delivery by 1 month with one click. Unlimited postponements.

Is cancellation hard?

No. The "Stop subscription" button in your account — done in 5 seconds. No calls, emails or waiting.

How is the device subscription different?

There is NO auto-order on the device subscription. You only get maintenance reminders — order if you want, skip if not.

How are Piksel Points used?

At checkout, tick "Use points" and apply as many as you want. 1 point = 1 TL.

What happens to my points if a subscription order is returned?

Automatically reversed. Any earned points are taken back after the return — standard.

When do prices increase?

As a subscriber you are not affected — the starting price is preserved for the duration of your subscription.
